Our Delivery Terms 1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated individually based on order volume and delivery location and are displayed in the shopping cart before order completion. 2. Delivery Times: Standard deliveries take place within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. Express shipping is available upon request. 3. Shipping Partner: We ship our goods reliably with our standard logistics partner DPD. The shipping status can be tracked at any time using a tracking number. 4. Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value of €100 net applies to all orders. 5. Delivery Areas: We deliver throughout Europe. For deliveries outside of Europe, please contact our customer service. Our Return Policy 1. Return Period: Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. 2. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer bears the costs of returns, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 3. Condition of Goods: Returns can only be accepted if the goods are unused and in their original packaging. 4. Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. 5. Defects: If the delivered goods are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement. 6. Delivery of Freight Items: Bulky or heavy items will be delivered by freight carrier to the curbside at the delivery address provided by the buyer. "Curbside" means that the goods will be made available for unloading at the nearest possible point on the public street at the delivery address. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that:

• access for a truck is guaranteed

• the goods can be received at the agreed delivery time

• suitable unloading assistance (e.g., personnel, forklift, pallet jack, or ramp) is available

The freight carrier's drivers are not obligated to assist with unloading or to transport the goods into buildings, business premises, or storage areas.

If the goods cannot be unloaded for reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., lack of unloading assistance, inaccessible delivery address, refusal to accept delivery), the seller is entitled to invoice the buyer for the resulting costs. These include, in particular:

• Return transport costs

• Shipping company demurrage charges

• Storage costs

• Costs of redelivery

Alternatively, the buyer can collect the goods from the seller's warehouse by prior arrangement.
